Prints: 5–10 business days
Specialty or large‑format prints: 10–15 business days

2. Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping options and costs are provided with a quote for an item.

3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. Estimated delivery windows:

Within Canada: 3–10 business days
United States: 5–14 business days
International: 10–30 business days

These are estimates only and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

4. Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

5. Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.
