Refund Policy

1. Overview

Underwater with Art offers fine‑art prints and photographic products made to order. Because each print is produced specifically for your purchase, many items are final sale. This policy explains when refunds or replacements may be available.

2. Final Sale Items

The following items are non‑refundable:

  • Custom fine‑art prints

  • Made‑to‑order products

  • Digital downloads (if offered)

Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage

We will replace the item at no cost or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen items. If a package goes missing in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

5. Incorrect Orders

If we send the wrong item, size, or print, we will correct the mistake at no cost to you.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are not possible.
