When you purchase a physical print, you receive a personal-use license. This allows you to:

  • Display the print in your home or personal space

  • Gift the print to another individual

You may not:

  • Scan, copy, or reproduce the print

  • Create digital versions

  • Sell or distribute the image

  • Use the image for commercial purposes

 

4. Digital Downloads (If Offered)

If digital files are offered for sale, they are licensed for personal use only, unless otherwise stated.
You may not:

  • Post high‑resolution files online

  • Remove watermarks

  • Edit, alter, or create derivative works

  • Use the image for commercial or promotional purposes

 

5. Commercial Licensing

Commercial use includes any situation where the image is used to generate revenue, promote a business, or appear in a commercial product.

Examples include:

  • Branding or logos

  • Corporate websites

  • Social media marketing

Commercial licensing is not included with any purchase unless explicitly stated.

7. Social Media Sharing

You may share images from this website on social media only if:

  • The image remains unaltered

  • The watermark remains visible

  • Proper credit is included:

High‑resolution files may not be posted.

 

8. Enforcement

Unauthorized use of copyrighted material may result in:

  • DMCA takedown notices
